Dean's Message

IIT Jodhpur is our nations one of the leading Engineering, Technology and science universities. We have been ranked 30 in NIRF Engineering 2022 rankings. The achievements of IIT Jodhpur has been possible because of a large number of stake holders coming together to push this institution of greater heights. Among those stake holders, Alumni are extremely crucial partners. Alumni help us in multiple ways. They help us to connect with other stakeholders across the world. They also help us think about our own processes, students, people in a way that pushes us perform better. Several alumni’s have given back and made this place a different place. They have turned donors to create infrastructure. They have helped to connect us with some of the top universities in the world. All of this ecosystem is possible because of Alumni support. Alumni support enables ventures that mere Government support is unable to accomplish. Therefore our wishes are fulfilled by our Alumni contribution.

In this process we work with over fifty corporate partners at different levels of engagement and according to their requirements also. We are broad enough to provide sufficient range of opportunities for our Corporate Partners to come and take advantage of one the best education and research Institution in India, partner with us and create an impact in a space that they decide to impact. Overall the journey in the last decade has been an extremely steep rise in a very short span of time. This has been possible by a large number of stake holders starting with our students, faculty, staff but more importantly a group of donors, philanthropists and well wishers who want to see IIT Jodhpur on the Global stage.
