24 February 2023: Delegation from Trinity College Dublin visited IIT Jodhpur.

 

20 February 2023: Profs. Tim Savage and P. J Wall, delegation from Trinity College Dublin (Ireland) had visited IIT Jodhpur on 24th -26th February 2023. Prof. Tim Savage is with the School of Computer Science in Trinity College Dublin and was the first Associate Dean of Online Education and a former Teaching Fellow. Professor Savage has research interests in the area of Education and Technology in Higher Education and Education for Sustainable Development and Prof. P. J. Wall is Adjunct Asst. Professor and former Teaching Fellow with the ADAPT Centre and the School of Computer Science in Trinity College Dublin. His research interests are AI, ethics, technology for global development, and technology for sustainability. Their purpose for the visit was to collaborate with IIT Jodhpur on a project concerning sustainability, technology, and the SDGs. This project has been funded by the Irish Higher Education Authority (HEA) and is supported by Trinity College Dublin. They specifically had shown interest in Emerging Technologies for Sustainable Development (CETSD) and the Centre for Education and Technology for Education (CETE) - to promote collaboration.
